All installations are covered by manufacturer's warranty, where available. We guarantee workmanship and materials.

What do I do about planning permission?

We offer a full design and build service which includes submission of planning permission on your behalf.

Will the construction comply with building regulations?

We only carry out works that comply with building controls. A building control certificate, issued by the local authority is supplied to the client upon completion of the project.

Do you supply written specifications and plans?

For design & build projects full documentation is provided.

Do you require payment in advance?

Payments are scheduled throughout the project against key milestones.
